Heaven on Earth
Lemurian Living is a multi-day immersive mindfulness retreat hosted by Julia Henning.
Lemuria is said to be one of the Earth’s lost lands. It was an ethereal place where all living entities were peacefully equal, and all life worked together in free harmony. Lemurian Living reflects this essence and transmutes these ideals into our unique environments. A retreat is a restorative opportunity to examine how life can be processed and enjoyed. Some people are even known to have access to their Lemurian past lives. (Hint hint...Julia is one of them!) It's giving Atlantis vibes...but more on land, less underwater.

The WHY
Mindfulness programs have been shown to reduce mental blocks by exploring the reduction of stress and promoting self-compassion in indoor and natural outdoor retreat settings. (Driessen et al., 2019)
In other words… It’s healthy to take a break and reset. Retreat from your life and return to yourself.
Confronting the stressors and effects of daily life requires effort and courage. This effort doesn't necessarily mean doing something globally; it could be on a community level, in your workplace, or even at home with your family. Manifesting a divine state of being around you with the support of a community that gets it is medicine to the conditioned soul.
